Any use of this site for defamatory, illegal, or commercial gain without written consent from RBR Foundation is strictly prohibited.

We respect your privacy. All personal information (Name, PAN, Contact Details) collected during donations or volunteer registration is protected under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Data Usage: We do not sell or share donor data with third-party marketing agencies.

3. Donation & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Commitment: All contributions to RBR Social Work Foundation are voluntary. As per Section 8 guidelines, funds once received are immediately allocated to active projects (like RBR Ujjwal Vision or Vidya Vahini) and are strictly non-refundable.

Donors must ensure that the funds donated are from legal sources. Tax exemption certificates (80G) will be issued once the statutory approval process is finalized by the Income Tax Department.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The names RBR Ujjwal Vision, RBR Vidya Vastra, RBR Vidya Vahini, and RBR Harit Sankalp are proprietary project identities of this foundation. Use of our logo or project content for unauthorized fundraising is a legal offense.

5. Content Disclaimer

While we aim for 100% accuracy, the "Project Status" and "Impact Stats" are based on field reports and are updated periodically. RBR Foundation is not liable for any misinterpretation of data by third parties. The foundation reserves the right to re-allocate funds between projects based on urgent ground-level needs.

6. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or the foundation's activities shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rohtas (Bihar).
