RBR Social Work Foundation does not directly process, store, or archive sensitive payment credentials such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, Net Banking passwords, or UPI PINs on its web servers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights & Brand Protection

All creative, technical, and structural elements of this portal—including but not limited to the brand mark, official logo, UI designs, layout, text content, photographs, graphic media, and social project names (such as RBR Ujjwal Vision, RBR Vidya Vastra, RBR Vidya Vahini, and RBR Harit Sankalp)—are the exclusive intellectual property of RBR Social Work Foundation.

No individual or entity is permitted to replicate, copy, modify, distribute, or use our brand assets, logo, or project credentials for unauthorized public fundraising, commercial gain, or false representations without prior written authorization signed by the Board of Directors.

6. Re-Allocation & Deployment of Charitable Funds

While RBR Social Work Foundation makes every reasonable effort to deploy financial support toward the specific welfare program selected by a contributor, the foundation reserves the operational discretion to reallocate surplus or unutilized funds to other urgent social welfare projects (such as emergency disaster relief, rural health support, or community education) based on ground-level priorities and field necessities.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

RBR Social Work Foundation strives to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, the website and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.
