1. Data Collection & Privacy Standards

We adhere to the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. We collect necessary information (Name, PAN, Address) only to facilitate legal donation receipts and volunteer onboarding. Your data is encrypted and stored in secure environments.

Cookie Policy: We use essential cookies to maintain session security and optimize website performance. No personal tracking data is sold to third-party aggregators.

2. Statutory Financial Disclosures

Since our 12A and 80G certifications are currently under the mandatory verification phase, donations are processed as general contributions. Formal 80G tax-deduction certificates will be issued retrospectively once final approval is granted, provided the donor has shared a valid PAN at the time of contribution.

3. Fund Utilization & Transparency

In accordance with NGO Darpan guidelines, every Rupee donated is tracked. Funds are utilized specifically for the mission mentioned by the donor (e.g., RBR Ujjwal Vision). Our financial statements are audited annually by independent Chartered Accountants and filed with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).

4. Non-Refundable Commitment Notice

As a Section 8 NGO, our resources are allocated to ground-level social infrastructure immediately upon receipt. Therefore:

No Refunds: All donations are voluntary and considered final. No requests for refunds or cancellations will be entertained once the transaction is successful.
Transaction Errors: If a duplicate payment occurs due to a network error, please notify info@rbrngo.org with the bank statement within 48 hours for adjustment.
Compliance: Any refund, if processed under exceptional technical circumstances, will be credited back to the original source account only.

5. Payment Security Architecture

We utilize 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. Financial transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. RBR Social Work Foundation does not store sensitive cardholder data or net banking credentials on its internal servers.
